This weekend we visited Warsaw in Poland to refresh the memories of our Polish heritage. What a great place! We loved walking round the markets of the real Barbakan (where we got our name: the original is built in Krakow) and eating bigos, pierogi, mushroom soup and cherry vodka of course! It gave us inspiration to try our own Bigos with our very own Kaiserbrot loaf for a delicious and filling dinner! Perfect for a rainy day. Anyone can make this!
