We specialise in continental loaves, such as our Award-Winning German Norlander, French Campagrain, Italian Contadina, Polish Black. Not forgetting our famous Chorlton Sourdough! We bake over 75 varieties of hand-moulded loaves and produce over 15,000 per week!
ARTISAN SANDWICHES
Choose from a hot ciabatta sizzler, a beigle bite, soft barm or roll. Our fillings are endless and combinations utterly mouth-watering...
PASTRIES
Plain, Chocolate or Almond Croissants, Fruit, Apple or Peach Danish pastries, German Stollen, Chelsea Buns, Butteries and so much more - baked fresh every morning just for you!
COFFEE
We use Exchange Coffee Company freshly ground coffee beans in our tasty and
heart-warming coffee.

Our top quality continental cured meat counter ranges from Italian Salamis, to German Blacky Ham, Spanish Chorizo to Polish Slaska, plus locally made

PAN MENUS
Don't forget to catch our amazing 'sausage pans' at the weekend. Selling authentic German Bratwursts and Polish slaska, or try a De Paris or Spanish Chorizo sausage complete with fried onions, fried potatoes and chorizo rice.
Or how about a lamb or beef burger?
Or try our gorgeous halloumi and feta breakfast hash topped with a fried egg, or shredded Piri Piri Chicken on a freshly baked poppy pretzel.
All whilst seated in our suntrap of a terrace with a fresh cup of Italian espresso. Lush!
EVENT CATERING

We deliver our award-winning bread to fine restaurants, café's, hotels and bars that are known for their great taste and high standards throughout the Greater Manchester area.
Please note: this service is for Business to Business only, we do not have a delivery service for our Delicatessen.
